TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience for this educational activity is pediatricians, neonatologists, pediatric endocrinologists, and other pediatric specialists caring for children who are born small for gestational age.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon attending this symposium, the physician should be able to:

  • Identify the genetic determinants of size at birth and how they influence future risk factors

  • Recognize the potential comorbidities of being born SGA

  • Integrate management strategies for growth into current practice
